Bam Adebayo led the way with twenty-four scores and later stated Rozier had the team's full backing.
"We stand behind him. Complete backing," Adebayo said. "We are with him all the way. He's like family ultimately."
Miami head coach Erik Spoelstra added: "Rozier is somebody who is very dear to everyone. He's had a beneficial influence on our team.
"We send our thoughts and support for him as he goes through this."
The Trail Blazers additionally won their initial match after the detentions, with Brazilian Tiago Splitter stepping in as interim coach in Chauncey's non-attendance and guiding the team to a convincing 139 to 119 win over the Golden State Warriors.

NBA Commissioner Silver 'Upset' over Arrests
Speaking about the arrests for the first time, league head Adam Silver said he was "very upset" by the events of the recent days.
"Nothing is more critical to the league and its fans than the integrity of the game," he told Amazon Prime. "And so I felt uneasy. It was disturbing."
Silver further said an NBA investigation into Rozier's conduct in March 2023, when there was "unusual wagering" in a game he played for the Charlotte Hornets against the New Orleans Pelicans, discovered no wrongdoing.
"We were informed by the authorities and the betting companies," he continued.
"We then looked into that situation and were open regarding it. And while there was that aberrational betting, we, frankly, couldn't find anything.
"The federal government has subpoena power... [it] can impose penalties, can do all kinds of things that the NBA is unable to.
"Therefore, we've been working with them from that point. And, of course, what they revealed recently was an indictment.
"And 30 months after, he has not been found guilty of any offense, in justice to Rozier.
"Obviously, it doesn't look good, but he's been put on administrative leave, and so it is a compromise here between upholding rights and investigating."
